With a solid technical base in packaging and manufacturing systems as well as substantial operating floor experience, E²M/Polytron’s Project Managers and Project Leads demonstrate strong project execution expertise. Generally, all of our Project Managers and Project Leads are certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as Project Management Professionals (PMP) and they diligently apply those industry standards to our projects and work processes.

We utilize standard templates for design tools, equipment specifications and CAD layouts as well as budgeting and scheduling.  Internal and customer reviews are scheduled at key points in the project timeline to assure that designs are timely, accurate and are meeting the project criteria to achieve final project objectives.  An experienced committee, chaired by our Chief Technical Officer, reviews all drawings and other deliverables internally prior to release.  We also use effective analysis tools for simulation and emulation prior to startup.  Our Project Execution Model  and our Project Delivery Team methodology ensure the efficient and timely execution of our customer’s projects.
