Our Project Managers and Project Leads are certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as Project Management Professionals (PMP) and they diligently apply Project Management best practices to all projects and work processes.
The Project Delivery Teamsm (PDT) - a cross-functional team of project stakeholders who create the shared vision - promotes a "common purpose" through defined project success criteria that align the project team to achieve project success: shorter startup, and a sound ROI for your business.
We also utilize standard processes and tools - coupled with our client's own processes to customize a Project Execution Model (PEM) for each project. Developing and following the PEM reduces the project risks by ensuring that targets are met before moving on to the next task or phase.

Complete and Specific Project Management
Our project experience provides the capability to manage the entire project from concept through successful commissioning and beyond based on solid PMP practices. Working with the customer, we identify the level of project management needed, for the entire manufacturing system – from receiving through processing, utilities, building, packaging and warehousing. Project management will include all communication, documentation of project direction, to ensure project scope, cost and schedule are well controlled.
Construction Management
Large project executions are complex and multi-faceted. Tight site control is essential for success. Our experienced team of Construction Managers brings a wealth of capability onsite. Safety control and management, schedule management, trade coordination, and contract detail compliance management play an important role in all of our project executions.
Our Construction Manager will be on site, at the "helm", throughout the project to ensure that things run smoothly, safely, and seamlessly from the construction setup, to equipment installation, and finally through the completion of the punch list.
Startup Management
One of the most critical points in a project execution is Startup. This is the time when all elements of the project come together to form an operating system - and Final Project Objectives are met.
To ensure that our Startups do not exceed the project schedule or budget, we develop a comprehensive Startup and Commissioning Plan that details the required sequence of events and resources necessary for achieving a steep Startup Curve. Nothing is left to chance... Hardware, Software, and Operator preparedness are all evaluated and necessary corrections are implemented promptly. All of these activities are conducted under the guidance of an experienced Startup Manager.
